Six Nations: Ireland's last-gasp defeat disappoints Kidney

Ireland coach Declan Kidney says his side missed the chance to kill off Wales before losing 23-21 in their opening Six Nations game in Dublin.

Kidney says his side gave themselves too much defending to do and thinks they should have made more of their own chances.
