Sophie Hitchon: From ballet to hammer throwing

Hammer thrower Sophie Hitchon grew up immersed in a different world entirely - as a ballet dancer.

Hitchon, now 20, holds the British record in the hammer and tells BBC Sport some of the tricks she learned on stage as a youngster helped her when she took up her sport as a teenager.
