Roisin Lynch: Meet the 70-year-old medal-winning triathlete

Roisin Lynch says winning a silver medal at the World Triathlon Championships in Switzerland is the pinnacle of her sporting career.

Lynch's achievement is even more impressive considering the Derry woman turned 70 in July.

The former school teacher hopes her achievement can inspire others to take up the sport and become active no matter their age.
