Andy Murray says he and Amelie Mauresmo have a "very good relationship," and it is untrue to say their partnership ended because of his on-court behaviour.
Mauresmo confirmed in an interview in L'Equipe on Saturday that, as a new mother, she could no longer devote enough weeks to coaching the Scot, who earned a place in the second-round of the French Open with a five-set win over Radek Stepanek.
But she added she sometimes found his behaviour during matches "disconcerting" and a barrier to "helping them make further progress."

Amid the fall-out from Louis van Gaal’s dismissal and the impending appointment of Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, Michael Carrick’s future has been put to one side.
Carrick has just completed his 10th season at Old Trafford, making him United’s second-longest serving player behind Wayne Rooney, but prior to the FA Cup final, he had not spoken to United’s hierarchy about a new deal.
The picture should become clearer once Mourinho is appointed. Carrick is not ready to call time on United just yet and is keen to hear what Mourinho’s plans for him are.
