A late Danny Ings penalty rescued a point for Burnley, and denied Aston Villa a first win in nine matches on Saturday. Here is a selection of your comments in reaction, taken from the BBC Sport Facebook page, external.

Patricia Gill: I think Aston Villa have been the unluckiest team in the Premier League so far and are due a bit of luck now. They keep meeting teams who they would be expected to beat when they are on a good run. West Ham, Southampton and Burnley for example. A lot of influential players are out injured as well but I feel the tide will turn on Tuesday night with the return of Christian Benteke, he was just getting back to form when the sending off happened. They are well capable of going on a run when they get the win under their belt.

Andrew Smith: Paul Lambert will be next out the door. Two and a half (nearly) seasons of utter garbage and he gets rewarded with a new contract! Equally as bizarre as Gabriel Agbonlahor getting the same.

Ryan Mescall: Everyone keeps saying Lambert out but if he did get sacked, then who is out there to replace him?

  2. 'Joe Cole looks fit and strong'published at 12:06 GMT 30 November 2014

"Joe Cole looked fit and strong and I'm so pleased for him because he's such a good lad, I've known him for years.

"It's the first sign of him looking as strong as he did a couple of years back. He's been waiting for his chance for a while now.

"He's looking sharp and Villa started the game really well, hopefully that will give him the platform to go on. You can build on a point. I think Burnley will be disappointed because they had some chances."

  4. 'Leicester have lost their way'published at 12:01 GMT 30 November 2014

    Paul Ince
    MOTD

"If you're not scoring goals at home and conceding two or three away it's a recipe for disaster.

"Leicester manager Nigel Pearson will be thinking if you score two away you should be getting something. You've got to feel sorry for Leicester, it could have gone either way. They seem to have lost their way a bit."

  5. 'Terrible defending'published at 12:00 GMT 30 November 2014

    QPR v LeicesterImage source, PA

"There was no parking the bus. It was two committed teams both giving their all, terrible defending, some very good attacking but I've never seen Gary Lineker lose his temper so often.

"They were all avoidable goals. All QPR's goals were quite simple, it was people switching off and losing concentration, a lot to work on for Nigel Pearson. Charlie Austin has scored seven in 12 for QPR and if that continues I think they'll be ok."

"Newcastle played ok. They've got some good players. The biggest disappointment for them was having Moussa Sissoko sent off. It was silly and he's been their best player for the last few weeks."

Steve Huish, Surbiton: For all this Manchester United rebuilding talk - questions should be asked. United have had huge, unparalleled success for 20 years and should have developed world class players from youth development. They have not. They've sold players like Danny Welbeck and spent about £220m in 12 months. I feel this should be mentioned.

Manchester United moved up to fourth in the Premier League table with a 3-0 win at home to Hull on Saturday.

  13. 'Cattermole was terrific'published at 11:33 GMT 30 November 2014

    Danny Murphy
    MOTD

"There were some terrific performances but Lee Cattermole was the pick of them. He was blocking, leading his team, all afternoon he was at it. He can play as well, he wasn't just whacking it forward. Seb Larsson and Jack Rodwell were brilliant with him as well. The more the game went on the better Sunderland got."

  14. 'Costa gets on people's nerves'published at 11:30 GMT 30 November 2014

    Paul Ince
    MOTD

"I love Diego Costa. He's an old fashioned centre forward, he gets on people's nerves.

"He has a little lash at John O'Shea by the letter of the law, and what we saw at Hull against Tottenham he should be off, but credit to O'Shea for not making too much of it."

Chelsea v SunderlandImage source, Getty Images

Sunderland held Premier League leaders Chelsea to a goalless draw at the Stadium of Light on Saturday. Here is a selection of your comments in reaction, taken from the BBC Sport Facebook page., external

Curtis Nickle: Sunderland deserved the draw if not more. Great defensive and counter attacking play, they really did frustrate us, well played.

Paul Higgins: Chelsea had loads of possession but never really hurt us. We looked more likely to score than them and Diego Costa could have been sent off twice.

David Banda: I think Sunderland were tough, but Costa behaved like he is still in La Liga - I'm a Barcelona fan, I know how he behaves. Good game to Sunderland, it wasn't easy. Chelsea have good team this season.

  16. Mourinho on 'clever' bookingpublished at 11:17 GMT 30 November 2014

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says striker Diego Costa's fifth booking of the season was a result of "clever" defending by Sunderland. The Premier League leaders failed to score for the first time this season as they drew 0-0 at the Stadium of Light.

Costa was booked after catching Wes Brown in the face as the pair jumped for the ball and is suspended for Wednesday's match against Tottenham. "Brown is very experienced and he used his body," added Mourinho.

"Hull boss Steve Bruce has got plenty of experience. It won't be a case of panicking just yet but he knows they have to start creating and scoring goals. He'll be disappointed with the performance, that's for sure."

  20. 'Man Utd improving'published at 11:00 GMT 30 November 2014

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince

"Louis van Gaal said it would be a work in progress. He's had a nightmare with injuries, especially defensively. His ambition is to finish in the top four, he's not looking to win the league. They are slightly improving game by game."
