That's it for tonight, but BBC Sport will have live text coverage of the final weekend of the regular EFL season on Saturday and Sunday.

The League Two campaign concludes at 15:00 BST on Saturday, with one promotion and one relegation place to be decided and Newport in pole position to seal the final play-off place.

That's closely followed by the League One finale at 17:30 BST, with six clubs still in danger of going down and a play-off place on offer to either Doncaster or Peterborough.

Then on Sunday, it's the end of the Championship season. The final games get under way at 12:30 BST. The title is still up for grabs, as is that final play-off spot.

And then it's the play-offs... we'll have every game covered on the BBC Sport website and app.

Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday night.

    • Derby will finish sixth if they beat West Bromwich Albion at Pride Park.
    • Middlesbrough will secure a play-off spot if they beat Rotherham and the Rams fail to win.
    • Bristol City will finish sixth if they win at Hull, Derby lose and Boro fail to win.

Plus all sorts of goal difference permutations which I haven't got time to go into now but I'm sure will be pored over repeatedly by fans of those three clubs in the next four days.

Swansea are probing and Derby are looking a bit one-paced - sitting in, making it difficult, but playing a bit of a dangerous game for me.

    Swansea 0-1 Derby

A reminder that a Derby win tonight will leave Middlesbrough needing to beat Rotherham on Sunday, while also hoping the Rams lose to West Bromwich Albion and there being at least a six-goal swing between the clubs.

    Not impossible, but unlikely.

That's how important Richard Keogh's opening goal is right now.
