  1. What's next?published at 17:59 GMT 26 February 2022

Attention turns to the title race on Sunday as leaders Celtic travel to Hibernian.

That game kicks off at midday, and Ange Postecoglou's side could open up a six-point gap by the time Rangers get under way at home to Motherwell.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men are off the back off a sensational Europa League triumph over Borussia Dortmund, but the champions' league form has stuttered throughout 2022.

Until then, have a crackin' Saturday night. Catch you tomorrow.

  2. 'Our reaction was brilliant' - Goodwinpublished at 17:58 GMT 26 February 2022

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee Utd

Aberdeen manager Jim Goodwin tells BBC Sportsound: "All in all, I'm quite pleased. We had the worst possible start with the cheap penalty. Credit the players, their reaction was brilliant thereafter.

"For the second 45 minutes, we were pretty dominant. United looked very dangerous on the counter attack.

"I thought we were the better team. Plenty of positives for me to go away with and think that there's good quality here to work with."

  3. 'We took our chances today' - Neilsonpublished at 17:58 GMT 26 February 2022

    FT: St Mirren 0-2 Hearts

Hearts boss Robbie Neilson tells BBC Sportsound: “In the last two games we might have played better than we did today, but today we took the chances that we haven’t been taking recently.

"We don’t have a big squad, we go with quality over quantity. We had the return of Craig Gordon, Craig Halkett and Liam Boyce today, right down the spine of the team. We’re going to struggle without them.

"We knew coming here that we had to be really ready for the game, it’s always difficult. We’ve gone on some good runs this season. We hope today is the start of another one."

Neilson adds that he believes Connor Ronan's red card was the correct call, although he says it wasn't malicious.

  4. 'I expected us to assert dominance' - Courtspublished at 17:54 GMT 26 February 2022

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee Utd

Dundee United head coach Tam Courts tells BBC Sportsound: "We started tremendously well. Once we got the breakthrough, I fully expected us to go and really assert a little bit of dominance on the game but it probably actually went the other way.

"The game became really bitty and scrappy. We have to take the point. It puts us in fourth position. We go on to Livingston, which is a really big game for us. We leave a little bit disappointed but optimistic ahead of Wednesday."

  5. 'I couldn't believe what I was seeing' - McGheepublished at 17:52 GMT 26 February 2022

    FT: Dundee 0-4 Livingston

Dundee boss Mark McGhee tells BBC Sportsound: "It's hugely disappointing obviously. Poor defending first 20 minutes, diabolical really. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

"Individuals getting turned, getting played through. We were brought here because there was something broken. We've seen today why we're bottom of the league.

"It's our job now to take what we've got and put it into a way of playing that's going to best deliver results that means we don't go down.

"First of all we need to find a way of winning a football match."

  6. Cowie pleased with County's characterpublished at 17:48 GMT 26 February 2022

FT: Ross County 3-1 St Johnstone

Ross County assistant manager Don Cowie tells BBC Sportsound: “We’re delighted. To lose the first goal is always difficult but the boys showed character to come back, especially in the second half.

"I thought the energy levels were tremendous. We kept going right until the end and we were clinical too, which is very pleasing.

Charles-Cook's brace has him top of the goalscoring charts in the top flight with 13

“Getting a goal before half-time was important but we said at half-time we had a few more levels in us and we had to bring that in the second half. It was great for the boys to get the goals and seal the win."

On Regan Charles-Cook's goalscoring exploits, he added: “It’s been incredible for Regan, with the goals that he’s got. He’ll get the headlines but I thought it was a real team performance, everyone was in it together."

  9. Martindale delighted with 'fantastic' Livingstonpublished at 17:37 GMT 26 February 2022

    FT: Dundee 0-4 Livingston

Livingston boss David Martindale says his side's performance was "fantastic" in their 4-0 win over bottom club Dundee.

"The most pleasing aspect is the clean sheet," he tells BBC Sportsound. "That was the challenge I set before the game and at half-time.

"We were written off at the start of the season. Now we are sitting top six, it's remarkable."

  11. St Johnstone 'way below' required level - Davidsonpublished at 17:29 GMT 26 February 2022

FT: Ross County 3-1 St Johnstone

St Johnstone manager Callum Davidson tells BBC Sportsound that his side's second-half performance was "way below" where they need to be to stay in the league.

"I’ve got belief from the first half," he says. "But the second half obviously concerns me."

"I knew the second half was going to be a huge 45 minutes in our season and to lose the goals from a long throw and a long ball is defensively very poor. As a group collectively, it wasn’t good enough."

On his side's reaction to Ross County's second and third goals, he added: "I wasn’t pleased either. For me, we’ve got to show more fighting spirit and show more desire to actually put them under pressure.

"I need to apologise to the supporters, they were brilliant or us."
