Crusaders are Charity Shield champions!

The visitors took the lead on the 49th minute when Jarlath O'Rourke nodded Lloyd Anderson's cross into the back of the net. On the 85th minute, James Teelan doubled the lead, grabbing a goal on his debut.

Stephen Baxter's men will shortly lift the trophy, for the second year in a row.

Substitute Dylan Sloan plays a dangerous cross into the box but no one in a red shirt can connect with the danger.

Time is running out for the Inver Reds to deny Crusaders from becoming back-to-back Charity Shield champions.

There will be two minutes of added time at Inver Park.

Thomas Maguire replaces Micheal Glynn for the final few minutes of this tie.

Is there more drama to come?

Dylan Sloan's corner causes a scramble in the box before it falls to Aaron Donnelly outside the area, but his resulting strike is off target.

There are ten minutes left for the Inver Reds to find a leveller.

Lee Bonis thinks he has equalised when a well-timed pass from Leroy Millar leaves him one-on-one with Jonathan Tuffey and he slots the ball home.

However, the linesman had his flag up for offside, cutting short the premature celebrations of the home side's supporters.

Stephen Baxter makes his final changes with Jordan Owens and Mikhail Kennedy replacing Adam Lecky and Ben Kennedy.

These introductions now mean that all six of Crusaders new signings have played today.

Andrew Ryan's strike from range makes Jonathan Tuffey make his first save of the afternoon, albeit an easy one.

Similarly to the first half, Larne are struggling with their final touch.

James Teelan and Mal Smith make their debuts for Crusaders as they come on alongside Ross Clarke to replace BJ Burns, Jarlath O' Rourke and Lloyd Anderson.

Will the debutants make an impact?

Larne 0-1 Crusaders

Adam Lecky is down receiving treatment for a leg injury but the forward looks like he'll be able to play on.

Tiernan Lynch makes his first changes of the afternoon with Paul O'Neill and Shea Gordon being replaced by Lee Bonis and Dylan Sloan.

Ben Kennedy strides through midfield and paces into the box but Aaron Donnelly does well to dispossess the midfielder of the ball before he can get a strike away.

There is more urgency from both sides since the goal.

The second half is underway here at Inver Park!

Stephen Baxter makes two changes at the break as Jonathan Tuffey replaces summer signing Jordan Williamson in nets and Jordan Forsythe comes on for Robbie Weir.

The whistle blows and at half-time at Inver Park it's goalless, and there's a pre-season feel to proceedings.

There have been promising signs for both managers with the two sides looking strong in midfield and producing dangerous deliveries.

However, no-one has been able to test Rohan Ferguson or debutant Jordan Williamson so far.

It's still early days but if the second half ends with the same score-line the game will go straight to penalties.

It's been a quiet five minutes with both defences quickly dealing with any threat that poses in their box.

Will either side break the deadlock before half-time?

Shea Gordon plays a well-timed ball to Leroy Millar whose strike from the far left hand side is palmed out by Jordan Williamson.

Gordon takes the resulting corner but it sails past the far post.
