    FT: Cardiff Blues 29-20 Ospreys

The Pro14 play-offs are ahead, but that is that for the four Welsh regions in this competition this season.

Scarlets were the only side with play-off hopes heading into the final weekend of the regular campaign, but Munster progress to the last four after victory over Connacht this afternoon.

Thank you for joining us for this last instalment of the season in Wales, which saw Cardiff Blues claim a deserved victory over Ospreys.

But both these sides will be hoping for better in the Pro14 in 2020-21, which is due to begin in early October.

You can find out how they get on with us here on BBC Sport.

"It was weird without a crowd but I've been at this ground for 10-11 years and know every blade of it."

That is it for the Pro14 season as far as Welsh teams are concerned, and it is Cardiff Blues who have something to smile about here after a well-deserved win.

They celebrate a first league double over Ospreys since 2005.

Ospreys, meantime, are left licking their wounds - as has been the case for most of this season.

    Cardiff Blues 26-13 Ospreys

Olly Cracknell is shown yellow - and it looks a little harsh on the Ospreys back-row.

He makes a big tackle on Josh Navidi and is penalised for not rolling away, but he did not seem to have much chance.

If Cracknell is a little unlucky, it must be said the yellow card has been coming.
