Tomorrow will see cloud and rain for most of the mainland, heavy towards the south. Just the odd bright spell in Aberdeenshire. Variable cloud on the Isles, with the odd light shower.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday

Wednesday will bring plenty of cloud and outbreaks of rain for most, persistent at times on the mainland. Thursday looks to see overnight rain clear to a mix of sunny spells, cloudy intervals, and a few occasional showers. Friday looks to see heavy rain on the mainland, pushing into the Isles by the afternoon, before clearing for many in the evening.
