Ozouets phase two options due in next month
BBCStudents are expected to be welcomed to the new post-16 education campus at Les Ozouets from next academic year.
Education sport & culture president Deputy Paul Montague said the first phase of the project was "on time and on budget".
Funding for the second phase of the project, which includes a new sixth form centre and sports facilities, is still yet to be agreed.
Montague said his committee expected to bring options forward "in the next month".
"It's been a long and very very thorough process... we could never be accused of not considering our options, we have looked very very broadly at all the possible options," he said.
Currently, the sixth form centre is based at La Mare de Carteret after being moved from Footes Lane and before it is due to move to the new facility, if funding for it is approved.
Montague said: "Beyond the construction itself, this investment represents a significant commitment to Guernsey's future.
"The new campus will provide modern facilities that support skills development, technical education and workforce growth, helping to meet the needs of our economy while creating new opportunities for learners of all ages."
